If you choose to further your interest, Constitution Arms is licensed to sell guns and ammunition by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) and the State of New Jersey. We are also licensed to manufacture firearms and are in the process of developing an ergonomically novel self-defense handgun specifically designed for use by women or others who may be at a physical disadvantage with respect to potential attackers.

Our sales policy requires a personal referral and either concomitant training by Constitution Arms or evidence of prior basic firearms training by an NRA Certified Instructor. We will not sell firearms or ammunition to persons unknown to us or who do not demonstrate the correct knowledge, skills and attitude to safely possess them. Members of law enforcement or the US military are exempt from our referral and training prerequisites.
